Operating the TR15000T is simple and intuitive: just equip the machine with the 30-litre gravity-feed hopper and a larger-diameter hose. The latter proves indispensable above all because materials such as fillers or intumescent paints have particular density and viscosity characteristics that make it necessary to fit the airless pump with a gravity-feed hopper in place of the suction system.
The models manufactured by Tecnover are designed to make exactly this operation easier: the pump head is arranged vertically, so mounting simply means screwing the hopper onto the suction valve. And that’s not all: Tecnover has designed a further accessory for you – a “special version” of the suction valve featuring a shutter release button, which avoids having to empty the hopper to free its seat.
The hopper on our airless pump offers a 30-litre capacity and is made of powder-coated metal, guaranteeing greater strength than conventional plastic containers. Its central position on the trolley also allows the pump to be moved easily together with the product.
