We are glad to present one of our most versatile airless paint sprayers: the model Testarossa Superquindicimila by Tecnover.
Due to its high working pressure (maximum 220 Bar) and flow rate, more work can be completed in less time using less labor.
One of the key features of our Testarossa Superquindicimila airless paint sprayer is its delivery head of 80 meters, which is extremely timesaving because the operator does not have to perpetually move the paint sprayer during his work.
The paint sprayer is equipped with a stainless steel head, in order to better resist to the wear of abrasive products like quartz paints.
You can use two spray guns simultaneously (each one having max nozzle with size 0,023″).
The electric motor of our Testarossa Superquindicimila is connected to the hydraulic body by a flange: it will be very easy to change it and the user will have the chance to use a single-phase or three-phase engine by simply connecting the preferred version, without having to buy a brand new paint sprayer.
You can use our airless paint sprayer for a wide range of coating materials: from building (including interior and exterior jobs) to carpentry and industry.
You can also paint several different products with our equipment: enamels, varnishes, primers, rust protections, distempers, emulsion paints, quartz paints, and encapsulating products for asbestos, flame-retardants, latex, resins, oils and many more.
When equipped with its gravity tank of 30 liters, the paint sprayer is also suitable for spraying heavy materials such as stucco (for Airless systems use) or thixotropic products.
If you need to apply materials that have a particular density or viscosity, such as intumescent paints or plasters, it is necessary to equip the airless paint sprayer with a gravity tank in place of the intake system.
We design our model to facilitate this operation: in fact, their head is disposed in vertical and all you have to do to mount it, is screwing the tank on the suction valve.
As a further accessory we have designed a special version of the same intake valve, that has a shutter release button, thus avoiding having to empty the tank to free the seat.
Our tank has a capacity of 30 liters and is made of powder-coated metal for a greater strength compared to conventional plastic containers.
Please note that the central position of the tank on the trolley enables the operator to move the paint sprayer easily with the product.
